The lady who served us was called Lesley and we were looking for a hearing aid compatible telephone as my mum wears them. We found one in the Argos book and went to order it at the counter. Explained to Lesley what we wanted - she researched it and told us that it wasn't hearing aid compatible. Back to the drawing board. Lesley kept looking until Mum realised there was another one she had liked. Success Lesley checked again and yes it was hearing aid compatible. What brilliant service and the rest of the staff are very pleasant too but on this occasion a Gold Star for Lesley. Well done.
