- Janice Beedham Review added: 2018.02.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This has got to be the worst store i have ever been in for being made to feel totally uncomfortable from the second i walked in and it was announced on the radio ? to smile your on tv !! I proceeded down the aisle with a trolley selecting the products i required and was aware the store security kept popping up around every corner and at one point was crouching down behind a stack peering through a gap ....was this for me ?? I am very much aware of the need for security measures as i have worked (as a store manager ) for 28 years within northpoint centre up until the store closure in 2014 but feel this was a step too far , on the plus side your till staff are excellent , very polite and chatty ...this needs cascading down to your security people on the sales floor ...eye contact and a greeting e.g morning , afternoon or hello is usually enough to alert any would be thief to the fact you have clocked them . I will use this store again as there are certain products i need and do not always wish to travel to your king edward street store ..which is fab .... and will hope for a better experience .
