- Robert Horsfall Review added: 2018.07.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆staff breaking the law by telling you that if you buy a second hand phone from them, and then that phone becomes blacklisted, that your reciept no longer applies, and a refund/replacement is no longer covered by the shop.
This is a breach of the consumer act as well as providing products that are fit for purpose. In addition it breaks the law by attempting to convince customers that their statutory rights do not apply.
Avoid at all costs....
