Sent 2 inexperienced men to move into store without tools to dismantle furniture, struggled to get it all into a van that was too small for the job. Despite request to ensure men had tools for job coming out of store they arrived without them. Furniture was badly damaged and items were lost. I was asked to describe missing step ladders as there were 20 pairs to choose from and I still didn't get the right ones. Geography not too good either wanted to return goods to Surrey when I live in Berkshire! Wouldn't return items until they were in the area again. Although insured, does not account for stress & anxiety caused.Managing director refused to compensate for lack of service by refunding part of removal costs. You have to pay full cost of removal a week before so difficult to stop part of the payment.
