- Rich Jennings Review added: 2018.06.19★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆In short, doctors are fine though reception staff are poor in that they sometimes never answer the phone or, are poor on finding information regarding your records. I have encountered one receptionist who seemed to have an attitude when I was simply trying to find out if a doctor had called me or not!
