Sideboard was delivered and he top drawer was wonky, complained and in all fairness was sent another, this top drawer is wonky and a lovely chip out of the corner absolutely shocking! I am now waiting for a manager to call me back, they asked if I want a replacement again, I’ve taken time off work a number of time due to the delivery dates changing. It was supposed to arrive today 19/02/2018 got a phone call last night to say it was on its way, had to rush out of work! Totally not acceptable, is there a furniture ombudsman I can complain to?
