- Lee Jarratt Review added: 2018.08.01★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆It is not often that my experience in a Starbucks Coffee is a bad one, but I was disappointed of my experience in this one, the biggest in Kingston upon Hull.
This Starbucks Coffee has been open for a fair few years now, but it is clear as you walk in that there is no upkeep in the decor here, everything looks old and worn. If you want to come in to relax with a coffee, this is not the place to do so, for the reason I mentioned above, and the fact that every time I visit there are always old cups and plates left on the tables, waiting to be took away.
The staff don't seem as welcoming as the other Starbucks Coffee stores I've been in, and they rush with the coffee, leaving a mostly unsatisfying experience in looks and taste.
If you did want to go to a Starbucks Coffee in Kingston upon Hull, give this one a miss, but definitely head to the newer and better one in the St.Stephen's shopping centre.
